MIRACLE ON 5th Street TICKETS & DASHER PASSES
We're excited to host you and your guests!
Miracle on 5th Street is a ticketed event with tables/seats within the venue available on a first come, first served basis. We do not accept reservations for parties with fewer than 8 guests, but you and your guests can skip the General Admission line outside by purchasing our limited quantity Dasher Passes.
LARGE GROUP RESERVATIONS (8-30 GUESTS)
Planning a holiday gathering with a large group of friends and family? If your party’s size is between 8-30 guests, we'd love to host you with a “The More the Merrier” Large Party Reservation on our second-story Mezzanine space!
Space is limited so we’re offering a 3-hour reservation block from 4pm-7pm & a 2.5-hour reservation block from 7:30pm-10pm. The best part is that our skip-the-line “Dasher Passes” are included in the cost of the reservation, so you and your guests will be able to get right in to enjoy your reserved area!
Of course, if you and your guests would prefer to join us without a reserved area, you’re more than welcome to buy General Admission tickets or Dasher Passes and mix-and-mingle in our downstairs space.
Gatherings larger than 30 guests qualify as a private event which requires us to book a private space within our venue for you and your guests. MIRACLE ON 5TH STREET REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
Miracle on 5th Street has a flexible refund policy: Tickets & Passes are refundable and/or transferable (to a different date) if you are not/were not able to join us.
Refunds/Transfers will be given under the following circumstances:
1) You or any of your guests get sick with COVID, THE Flu, or any other VIRUS that would pose a health risk to you or any other guests.
At the end of the day, the safety of our guests is one of our top priorities, so we'd rather you stay home if you or any of your guests are not feeling well.
2) You purchased a General Admission ticket but did not make it inside the venue.
We want everyone who purchases a ticket to Miracle to get inside and enjoy their experience with us. However, on busy nights, the line can sometimes get long and we understand that oftentimes this affects other plans that our guests have made for that evening. We do not want to accept money from anyone who does not make inside our venue to enjoy the popup that our team works so hard to provide to our amazing community.
3) You purchased a “TIS THE SEASON” OR “TWAS THE NIGHT” ticket AND THERE WASN’T A LINE OUTSIDE WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
If you purchase a Tis the Season or Twas the Night Dasher Pass, please note that we cannot predict the future, i.e. if there will be a General Admission Line outside on the date & time you wish to join us. Thus, any refund requests related to a lack of a line outside when you arrive/arrived will be granted with a reduction of the price of the ticket(s) you purchased down to the General Admission price for that date. The main benefits of the Dasher Passes are that they allow you to be the next group of guests admitted into the venue when you arrive & each pass also comes with a free festive Miracle shot upon entry to kick off your experience with us!
4) All other refund requests will be given consideration on a case-by-case basis.
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH EVENTBRITE. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CALLING OR EMAILING US WITH REFUND REQUESTS.
OTHER POLICIES TO BE AWARE OF BEFORE JOINING US:
WE CHECK ALL BAGS, COATS, & OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS WHEN EXITING THE VENUE!
Due to the numerous naughty little elves that decide to thieve our branded glassware, decorations, and other property, our hosts will be checking anything (purses, coats, large pockets, etc.) that can fit a glass in it before you exit the venue.
All glassware is available for purchase at the To-Go Kiosk located next to the front door. The best part: a portion of all glassware sales go on to benefit the Austin Children’s Shelter and Austin Pet’s Alive!
